Reza is an Associate Professor in Crop Science and
head of Department of Agroecology, Environmental Sciences Research Institute,
Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran, Iran. His general research interest is
climate change impact assessment on field crops using simulation modelling. He
has also been applying crop models for yield gap analysis in wheat, maize and
sugar beet agro-ecosystems under arid and semi-arid environments. His research
also underpins the simulation of consequences of Genotype × Environment × Management
(G×E×M) manipulation for strategic crops in certain target environments to support
the decision-making process in crop improvement programs.
