Anita
Kumari has done her graduation and post graduation in Biotechnology from Lovely
Professional University, Punjab (India). Now, she has registered her PhD under
the guidance of Dr. Monika Garg (National Agri-Food Biotechnology Institute,
Mohali, Punjab, India) and Dr. Jaspreet Kaur (University Institute Of
Engineering and Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India). She was
currently working development of food product from biofortified colored wheat
and will evaluate the nutraceutical properties of the food product.
